TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR PURCHASE
1. Refunds will not be issued to "buyers" remorse.
2. All inquiries should be directed within 30 days of purchase in writing to Dazzling Gems.
3. As per our exchange policy, all items must be in original condition, and no merchandise will be accepted without an authorization number from Dazzling Gems.
4. Special Orders are non-refundable.
5. Any item purchased that is lost or stolen, or mysteriously disappears in whole or part while in your possession shall not be covered under our guarantee.
6. On disputed items, Dazzling Gems will only accept appraisals done by an independent appraiser, one who does not buy or sell loose precious gems or jewelry.
7. All refunds are subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
8. You will receive the address of a special destination for returns. For security reasons, do not write Dazzling Gems anywhere on the outside of the box.
